As of September 2026, all three eight-storey residential buildings have reached their full height. Work is progressing on façades and window installation, apartment interiors, and the swimming pools and landscaped communal areas.
Embassy Pattaya façades and windows
White façades and dark-framed windows are defining the development’s exterior. Glazing is installed across substantial sections of the residential buildings, while installation and finishing work continue elsewhere.
The buildings frame the central courtyard, where the layout of Embassy Pattaya’s outdoor communal spaces is becoming more defined.
Three swimming pools and landscaped gardens
Concrete pool structures, steps and surrounding groundworks are taking shape between the residential buildings, bringing the layout of Embassy Pattaya’s main leisure area into view. Pipework installation continues as the pool areas are prepared for finishing.
The completed courtyard will feature an elevated main swimming pool with a Jacuzzi, flanked by two smaller pools offering quieter spaces for swimming. Landscaped gardens, walkways and poolside lounging areas will connect these spaces, creating a resort-style setting at the centre of the development.
Apartment interiors and finishing work
Interior fit-out is progressing with kitchen cabinetry, marble-effect splashbacks and worktops in place. Bathrooms feature tiled walls, vanity units, mirrors and shower fittings, with light finishes complemented by contrasting dark details.
Fitted wardrobes, decorative wall panels, tiled floors and wall-mounted air-conditioning units are also being installed, bringing the apartment interiors closer to their finished appearance.
